Rhiza Labs provides a number of support resources for customers ranging from 24/7 live support plans to login-restricted online resources and case tracking. On Demand customers benefit from ongoing support while On Premise customers are eligible for support during their first year, with the option to purchase support on an hourly or monthly basis in subsequent years.
